Our operations within and beyond Sweden's borders require our employees and business partners to take responsibility - for themselves and each other. We have therefore created a set of rules, our Code of Conduct. Everyone in our company must follow it; we also communicate it to our business partners and expect them to follow it.
We will act as a reliable and trustworthy partner that lives up to its commitments. We believe in long-term business relationships where we work with our business partners to create the basis for strong economic performance, environmental stewardship and social engagement. We inform our stakeholders about our Code of Conduct as a natural part of our relationship.
In the countries where we operate, the laws and regulations of each country must be respected. We respect and comply with competition rules, environmental legislation, labor laws, war material legislation, agreements and other regulations that affect our business.
We will not offer business partners and other stakeholders rewards or benefits that violate applicable law or reasonable and accepted business practices. We reject all forms of corrupt business activities and our business relationships should be characterized by impartiality. Neither SAFE4U nor any of our employees may accept personal gifts or favors in excess of established levels, or engage in entertainment beyond normal business activities.
Our employees and representatives shall avoid situations where their personal or financial interests may conflict with those of SAFE4U. In cases where there is a risk of such a conflict of interest, the employee or representative should report this to SAFE4U management for management of the situation.
We promote open communication to our stakeholders within the framework of the preservation of business secrets. On the issue of political parties and candidates, SAFE4U takes a neutral position. Neither the company name nor its assets may be used to promote such interests.
We respect conventional human rights conventions. We support and respect fundamental human rights in our activities. We do not tolerate, under any circumstances, child labor or work performed by force or threat of force.
Our company recruits and provides employees with equal opportunities and treatment regardless of gender, marital status, ethnic or national origin, sexual orientation, race, religion, political opinion, age or disability. Diversity is encouraged. We work actively to eliminate all forms of discriminatory treatment of employees. We pay fair remuneration in accordance with the relevant standards in the countries where the company operates.
As a SAFE4U employee, everyone has the responsibility to inform and present the content and meaning of the Code of Conduct to employees and business partners. The Code of Conduct applies without exception wherever we operate in the world, its practical application is regularly monitored and openly communicated.
